The french almond biscuit, coloured to choice and filled with exciting conserves, curds, creams, or ganache.

Available as individual macarons at £3.20 each minimum order 12

Kransekake

A traditional almond danish treat. Rings of soft almond biscuit are baked, and then stacked carefully to create this beautiful edible centerpiece. To finish it can be decorated with fresh flowers, icing sugar, edible rice paper flowers all in a colour of your choice.
